Meal Periods: A one (1) hour meal period must be given no less than four (4) nor more than five (5) hours after the call begins, or after the last meal period. If the workers are broken for a meal period, they shall receive a three (3) hour minimum call when they return to work. The employer may provide a hot meal and schedule not less than a half-hour meal period in which case the employee's time shall be continued. When an employee is working between the hours of midnight and 7:00am the employer will not be allowed to release the employee for a meal break, therefore the employer may chose between paying the meal penalty described or providing a meal.

Time and One-Half: After eight (8) hours of work, or after 40 hours per week. Sundays, and 6th and 7th consecutive days shall be paid at one and one-half (1.5) times the base rate for the first eight (8) hours and two (2) times the base rate for all remaining hours in a day/shift.

Double-Time: Shall be paid on any hours worked in excess of twelve (12) hours in any day/shift, between the hours of midnight and 8:00am, Holidays and any combination of overtime conditions within the work week.

Steward: On calls of ten (10) people or more, the steward will be a non-working steward. On calls of thirty (30) or more people an assistant job steward will be appointed to assist the steward.

Parking: The client shall be responsible to pay each employee $15.00 per person, per day parking allowance.

Turnaround: Unless eight (8) hours have elapsed from dismissal to the start of work on continuing jobs, the employee shall return to work on double-time. However, during a same day call if less than a four (4) hour break is given, the employee stays on the clock. If during a same day call, an employee breaks from four (4) to seven (7) hours, he or she will come back on continued time. This does exempt the employer from overnight turnaround.

Meal Penalty: No more than five (5) hours will be worked between meal breaks or a meal penalty will be charged. The meal penalty is two (2) times the prevailing rate, up to three (3) hours past the fifth (5) hour of work. Upon reaching the eighth (8) hour of work, a meal break must be called.

Rate Changes: Any employee, who is required to work in positions with different rates during the course of one (1) day, shall be paid the higher rate for the entire day.

Benefits: An addition of $45.00 per day, per employee will be added for health and welfare benefits.

Coordinator: A payroll coordinator will be one of the crew at $55.00 per hour. No exceptions. Client is responsibile for per diem at $60.00, airline transportation and lodging.

Payment: 65% of total estimate is due at least 4 days prior to load-in. Total balance is due within 4 days from load-out date.
