Meal Periods: A meal period shall be given every fourth (4) and no later than fifth (5) hour of work. Any time there is a meal break taken, there is a two (2) hour minimum call back. In lieu of a one (1) hour meal break, the employer may provide an acceptable hot meal and a thirty (30) minute break in which employees will suffer no loss on payroll. A meal penalty of the base rate shall be paid in addition to the prevailing rate for every hour worked past the fifth (5) hour. All meals between 10:00pm and 8:00am shall be considered work time and be paid at the contract rate.
Meal Time: If a meal is provided half-hour. If the meal is not provided, one (1) hour is allowed.
Over Time: Double-time (2x) pay between the hours of 12:00am and 8:00am and Holidays.
Health and Welfare: An additional charge of $24.00 will be added per person per day for health and welfare.
Union Steward: A non-working union steward will be added to the call sheets of the job calls for more than ten (10) stagehands. If the job call is less than ten (10) stagehands there will be a working union steward.
Coordinator: A payroll coordinator will be one of the crew at $55.00 per hour. No exceptions. Client is responsibile for per diem at $60.00, airline transportation and lodging.
Payment: 65% of total estimate is due at least 4 days prior to load-in. Total balance is due within 4 days from load-out date.
