Meal Periods: The first meal period will be no earlier than three (3) hours nor later than five (5) hours. The second meal period will be no earlier than three (3) hours nor later than five (5) hours after the first meal period. Meal Premium is after five (5) hours without a meal break, the first hour is at two (2) times the hourly rate and then one and one-half (1.5) times the hourly rate for each hour after the 6th hour until a meal is provided.
Meal Time: If a meal is provided half-hour. If the meal is not provided, one (1) hour is allowed.
Over Time: After eight (8) hours, one and one-half (1.5) times the hourly rate. After twelve (12) hours, two (2) times the hourly rate. After twenty-four (24) hours, three (3) times the hourly rate and must have an eight (8) hour turn-around. Saturday and 6th consecutive days are one and one-half (1.5) times the hourly rate. Sunday, 7th consecutive day and all hours between midnight and 8:00am are two (2) times the hourly rate.
Health and Welfare: An additional charge of 11% of gross pay per day per employee will be added for health and welfare.
Union Steward: On calls of twenty (20) people or more, the steward will be a non-working steward. On calls of less than twenty (20) people, the steward will be a working steward.
Coordinator: A payroll coordinator will be one of the crew at $55.00 per hour. No exceptions. Client is responsibile for per diem at $60.00, airline transportation and lodging.
Payment: 65% of total estimate is due at least 4 days prior to load-in. Total balance is due within 4 days from load-out date.
