Meal Periods: A one (1) hour meal period must be given no less than three (3) nor more than five (5) hours after the call begins, or after the last meal period. If the workers are broken for a meal period, they shall receive a three (3) hour minimum call when they return to work.

Time and One-Half: After eight (8) hours of work, or after 40 hours per week. Saturday after 5:00pm and Sunday between 8:00am and 5:00pm.

Double-Time: Shall be paid on any hours worked in excess of twelve (12) hours in any day/shift, all work beginning or performed between the hours of midnight to 8:00am, and any work performed on Sunday after eight (8) hours or 5:00pm. All work beginning prior to 6:00am will be paid at double time until an eight hour break is called. Calls starting between 6:00am and 8:00am = 2x rate, balance of eight (8) hours at straight time rate.

Steward: A steward will be appointed by the business manager to represent the union on all calls.

Department Heads: If only three (3) stagehands or less than three (3) stagehands are called to set up work or to take out a production, they shall be classified as heads of department and be paid as such.

Turnaround: Unless eight (8) hours have elapsed from dismissal to the start of work on continuing jobs, the employee shall return to work on double-time. However, during a same day call if less than a four (4) hour break is given, the employee stays on the clock. If during a same day call, an employee breaks from four (4) to seven (7) hours, he or she will come back on continued time. This does exempt the employer from overnight turnaround.

Meal Penalty: No more than five (5) hours will be worked between meal breaks or a meal penalty will be charged. The meal penalty is one (1) hour at base rate and one (1) hour at prevailing rate until a meal period is given or a meal is provided.

Rate Changes: Any employee, who is required to work in positions with different rates during the course of one (1) day, shall be paid the higher rate for the entire day.

Benefits: An addition of $40.00 per day, per employee will be added for health and welfare benefits.

Coordinator: A payroll coordinator will be one of the crew at $55.00 per hour. No exceptions. Client is responsibile for per diem at $60.00, airline transportation and lodging.

Payment: 65% of total estimate is due at least 4 days prior to load-in. Total balance is due within 4 days from load-out date.
